Details: SUMMARY: Positive Total coliform 2nd quarter DETAILS: Laure contacted me that the sample she took came back positive. She realized that she did not take the screen off the faucet nozzle nor use alcohol swabs to clean the faucet prior to taking the sample. I informed her that she must take 4 repeats on Monday and the samples should be from different location in the store to assure that the positive was because of the error and something in the system. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples be sure to indicate where the sample was taken. If all are negative follow with five routine samples in July.
