Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 7/15/08: Received nitrate alert of 6.1 and 5.6 both over 1/2 MCL. Contacted operator @ 11:30 am concerning results and discussed continuing quarterly monitoring on wells #5 & #6 until annual review can be completed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take routine quarterly nitrate samples until next annual review.
