Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to Lead and Copper violation DETAILS: I spoke with Carolyn regarding the testing required for their system. In reviewing the history, Lead and Copper and nitrate samples are overdue. I also told her that Arsenic, SOCs and VOCs are due this year. I printed out a schedule and sent this to her. I also gave her lab contact information. Also in reviewing the past IOC tests, it was decided to grant a monitoring reduction for IOCs and nitrite. ACTION NEEDED: Collect: Lead and Copper samples - ASAP, Arsenic, nitrate, SOCs and VOCs by the end of year.
