Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform positive for two repeat tests DETAILS: 8/15/08 I spoke with Vivian on the phone regarding the two positive repeat water sample results that were received by KCHED. I informed her that submitting a Public Notice to all users of the water system is required within 24 hours, as well as treatment of the water system. I advised chlorination the water system to disinfect the coliform problem and then flushing the chlorine out of the water system for more suitable drinking water. ACTION NEEDED: Submit public notice and treat water.
