Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat sample positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: Contacted Gloria Arney about positive repeat sample collected on 9/18/08. She said that the lab had already contacted her regarding the positive sample and that they shock chlorinated the water system over the weekend. She thinks that the water system was contaminated when they recently installed an arsenic treatment system. ACTION NEEDED: Collect remaining 3 repeat samples after chlorine in the system has been flushed and dissipated (minimum of 5 days after shock chlorinating). After the problem has been resolved, 5 routine samples will need to be collected during the month of October.
