Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate MCL violation DETAILS: I spoke with Brigit by phone on 7/16/08 who mentioned that the system may possibly work with MultPure Drinking Water Systems for nitrate treatment/removal installation, instead of Eco Water as originally planned. I spoke with a representative of MultPure who informed me that they plan to install a reverse osmosis nitrate treatment system on Worden Caffes water system. The representative of Multi Pure ,831-335-2236, mentioned that information and potential plans for the treatment can be forwarded to out department at the end of this week. ACTION NEEDED: System has been in violation of the nitrate MCL for over one year. If Brigit chooses MultiPure for their nitrate treatment then plans must be submitted to the state DWP and our Environmental Health Division for approval before installation as soon as possible.
