| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform result DETAILS: I contacted Terri Dexheimer by phone. I informed Mrs. Dexheimer of the complaint. She is the operator for this system. Mrs. Dexheimer stated they shocked the system as soon as they learned of the positive coliform test and they scheduled a recheck (4 repeats) for the following week. I informed her of the required 4 repeats and if all are negative then 5 routines are needed the following month. She thins the sample was compromised. ACTION NEEDED: The 4 repeats submitted to state DWP on August 18, 2008 were all negative for coliform. Results are on SDWIS. | ||
