| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive W Coli DETAILS: On Sunday, Oct 12 at @ 9 am, I received a call on the off hours emergency line from Drew who identified the location of this water system as "Travel Center America" in Marion County. However the location matches this PWS # so I expect he was in error. He indicated that he had spoken with Roberto on Friday regarding a positive E Coli sample and now he was calling to advise that they had taken four resamples and all were negative. The original sample had been taken from the drinking water fountain outside the two restrooms on the site and he believes the positive sample was an artifact of poor sanitation at the fountain rather than a problem with the water supply itself. He said they had shut down the drinking fountain and may decide to leave it off. I reminded Drew that despite the negative samples, they would still be required to submit five samples next month.
