Details: SUMMARY: Routine collected on 8-19-08 positive for TC DETAILS: Called Tom Ouellette and left message. I let Tom know that the system has a positive coliform sample and that he needed to take 4 repeat samples ASAP and to call me if any were TC+. I also reminded him to take 5 temporary routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time. Will continue to monitor.
