Details: SUMMARY: PWS# assigned and plan review DETAILS: Phone consultation on 5/23/08 with John Eveland providing them their Public Water System ID number and reminding them to go through plan review. I provided them Marsha Foxs phone number. We also discussed starting the annual nitrate and initial arsenic test and forwarding on their coliform test they did in April. ACTION NEEDED: Start chemical monitoring and go through plan review.
