| Details: | SUMMARY: alert DETAILS: Spoke with Kyle today about 10/28/08 routine that came back present for totoal coliform. He was aware of the result and has already taken four repeat samples. The original routine was taken from a reservoir by a new employee that might have improperly taken the sample. There was a good chlorine residual level. He is aware that one more routine will need to be taken in the month of November 2008. ACTION NEEDED: one additional routine in November 2008. | ||
