Details: SUMMARY: Positive TC in 3rd quarter DETAILS: spoke with Matt on the phone. He said he took the 4 repeat samples on 9/29/08. I mentioned that due to the history of coliform detections with this system, if the repeat samples are positive, they should provide a continuous chlorine residual through and approved disinfection system. (DHS plan review approval required). ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat monitoring and advise operator.
