Details:	SUMMARY: Notice of Violation for Arsenic MCL violations DETAILS: I spoke with Mr. Haight regarding the deadlines specified in the Notice of Violation issued by the program on October 8, 2008. Chateau Ranchettes expects some delays in securing funding and in meeting the deadlines specified in the NoV. Chateau Ranchettes appears to be taking a proactive approach in reducing the Arsenic in their drinking water below the MCL, and has issued the appropriate public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Will grant an extension allowing an additional four months to comply with the deadlines specified in the NoV (Plans submitted by May 2009 with all deficiencies corrected by August 2009.
