| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding positive total coliform result taken 9/24/08 DETAILS: Operator was informed of the positive result on 9/24/08. The operator did not have 4 repeat bottles available. 4 repeats should be taken 9/29/08 and shipped to North Creek analytical for testing. I asked operator to verify the residual chlorine readings. They have a manual test kit and the reading listed for the last sample was .05 ppm. It is not possible to read the sample down to that level on a manual test kit. I asked that he check to make sure he is reading the sample correctly. Chlorine residuals of .3 -.5 are more likely a better realistic goal. ACTION NEEDED: Check the residual and repeats, 4 are due. 5 routines are due next month. | ||
