Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample taken 10-8-08 DETAILS: 10-14-08 Called contact number & left message regarding the positive TC result from 10-8-08. I left a detailed message instructing the system to take 4 repeats ASAP and if all were negative then be sure to take 5 temporary routines the following month. 10-16-08 Tried calling system back and again got the answering machine. Left similar message to the one left on 10-14-08 ACTION NEEDED: I will continue to monitor the situation.
