| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 9-30-08 DETAILS: 10-6-08 Talked to Dave & Paul about the repeat samples. They thought that there may have been work done to a leaking pipe that may be causing the issue. They were going to talk to the staff maintenance to see if he had worked on the system. They had disinfected the system on 10-4-08 when they got the results back from the lab. I emailed the link to the state web site regarding the Public Notice for unresolved positive total coliform. I told Paul that they would likely want to take as "special" sample or two to verify that the disinfection of the system worked. He thought that was a good idea. I also informed him that the state database was looking for 5 total coliform negative temporary routine samples to be done before 10-31-08. He said he understood. 10-7-08 System faxed the completed Public Notice to this office. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
