Details: SUMMARY: Called to acknowledge receipt of survey corrective action plan 12/29/08 DETAILS: I called and left a message for Calven Shulda letting him know that I received the corrective action plan for the Midland Water Association. The plan sufficiently detailed how deficiencies identified in the October 2, 2008 water system survey were going to be addressed. ACTION NEEDED: Carry out corrective action plan as proposed.
