Details: SUMMARY: 3rd quarter violation for nitrate DETAILS: Contacted Russ Cooper regarding missing 3rd quarter Nitrate sample. Russ looked into the missing sample. Monmouth didnt sample for 3rd quarter Nitrate. 4th quarter Nitrate results werent in the office either. Russ faxed 4th quarter Nitrate results to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: 3rd quarter public notice is required for nitrate non-reporting.
