Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform samples 9/2/08 DETAILS: 9/8/08 I informed Dennis of the positive sample results. We discussed proper repeat sampling procedure. He will collect four repeat samples on 9/10/08. 9/10/08 Dennis submitted four repeat samples. 9/11/08 Neilson Research confirmed that four repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. I called Dennis and notified him of the results. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of October.
