| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total coliform from space #10A DETAILS: 10/2/08 I spoke with Jim. He collected the positive sample from a tap at the end of the distribution system (farthest from the entry point) that has not been used in several months. Although he did flush the tap prior to sampling he is suspect of it because it is not one of his normal sample taps. I agreed that given four passing temporary routines and one failing one it is likely a bad sampling tap or sampling error. Jim will collect five temporary routine samples on the week of 10/6/08. 10/13/08 Neilson Research verified that five temporary routine samples were submitted today. 10/14/08 Five temporary routine samples tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: A routine sample needs to be submitted in the fourth quarter of 2008. | ||
