Details: SUMMARY: water system closed due to fire DETAILS: Spoke with Sherry today and she said Ocean Breeze motel suffered a fire and is closed for the next several months. She said the fire occurred on 12/30/2008 and they dont expect to open until mid May/Summer 2009. I let her know I will be changing the water system to inactive and that violations should not be assessed due to lack of monitoring during this time of being inactive or closed. ACTION NEEDED: Call us when motel is open again and system is activate.
