Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring & reporting violation DETAILS: Sent letter of violation since a nitrate sample was not taken. This was the 4th notice of not reporting a nitrate sample from Jan. 1, 2007 - Dec.31, 2007. To return to compliance, water system must submit test result to avoid suspension or revocation of license. A coliform test sample was sent in on 10/22/08 and next coliform sample will be due 1st quarter between 01/01/09 - 03/31/09. ACTION NEEDED: Immediately collect a nitrate sample taken from the entry point to the distribution system. Submit a copy of the results.
