Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting for coliform 2nd quarter of 2008 DETAILS: In order for your system to be removed from the violation list you need to make sure that you sample for the next quarter that you are operating in. When a test is missed you must post a public notice at your facility informing the users that you missed a quarterly test. The notice must stay posted for 7 days or until the next test is done and the results are received. ACTION NEEDED: Do test as soon as possible and send in the results
