Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit annual nitrate sample in 2007 (EP-A and EP-B) DETAILS: 8/20/08 I spoke with Troy who was not aware of nitrate sampling requirements. He will submit nitrate samples tomorrow. 8/22/08 Nitrate samples were submitted to Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate samples need to be submitted on an annual basis.
