Details:	SUMMARY: Unresolved coliform DETAILS: Assisted firm in filling out and posting Public Notice for unresolved total coliform. The firm has taken another repeat sample and it is negative. Firm did not have ERP or coliform sampling plan, since changing ownership earlier this year. ERP and coliform sampling plan provided during visit. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples in July. If all a negative Public Notice may be removed and firm can continue quarterly monitoring. The ERP must be completed as well as a coliform sampling plan.
