Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: 10/16/08 Total coliform positive sample result received. 10/20/08 Left message for Ron Anhorn…call received from Rick Berryhill, Ron is on vacation. 4 repeat samples were submitted to the lab on October 17th per Rick. 10/23/08 Per Neilson Research all repeat samples tested absent/negative. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary toutine samples need to be collected in November
