Details: SUMMARY: Betty called to report positive total coliform DETAILS: The positive total coliform sample was taken on 12/5/08. Betty does not know why the sample was positive. She took 4 repeats today, 12/11/08 and will report results to me ASAP. Repeat samples were taken on 12/11/08 and reported as all absent on 12/15/08. ACTION NEEDED: Betty will take 5 routine samples in january 2009
