Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit monthly coliform sample in August 2008 DETAILS: 9-16-08 After multiple attempts to contact the owner, Bruce, I spoke with hi daughter who also works at the restaurant. She informed that Bruce was very busy in the month of August and forgot to submit a sample. He is submitting a routine sample for the month of September today. 9-17-08 I verified with Neilson Research that a routine sample has been submitted for September. ACTION NEEDED: None
