Details: SUMMARY: Slow sand filter plant on-line 3/09/2009 DETAILS: The slow sand filter plant was put on-line at 2:45 pm 3/09/2009. This completes the requirement of the Administrative Order to provide filtration. Georgia and I discussed the surface water treatment reporting requirements and CT calculations. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to close enforcement action.
