Details: SUMMARY: ERP on site DETAILS: In field consultation with manager, Pam, regarding facilities Emergency Response Plan and coliform sampling plan. Provided handouts and information on both plans and went through the procedures step by step. The sampling plan and ERP were completed/reviewed in the field 9/3/08 ACTION NEEDED: Maintain copy of ERP and review annually.
