Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform non reporting DETAILS: Field visit. System has drilled a new well and is using it. System has been testing but has not sent in results. Copies of the last two tests were obtained. Since well has not been approved, I requested a copy of the arsenic and nitrate test results. Those were obtained. Also discussed the public notice requirements. I had brought along a sample which Bill decided to use. It was posted that day. ACTION NEEDED: Temporary water quality variance was given during the visit. I requested they provide me with a copy of the well log ASAP and obtain plan approval for the well.
