| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone call to Pam DETAILS: Pam said she hasnt heard from Fred Kalish regarding the status. She sent a letter in October 2008 answering hi questions regarding monitoring and reporting and use. She also sent copies of Ioc, SOC and VOC monitoring reports. I asked Pam if they are operating on site and she said no. She assured me that they are waiting for Plan Review approval for the water system first. She said she is waiting on a final inspection for the modular building that is being used as library and not plumbed. ACTION NEEDED: Call Fred to find out the status of plan review. | ||
