Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Spoke to operator and he thought the lab would send results to state. I informed him that the lab he uses does not send nitrate to the state. We discussed the steps needed to return to compliance and letter was emailed. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past samples results. Sample 2008 nitrate ASAP, monitor results.
