Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Jim directly and we discussed the systems listing as a violator. He thought the only tests they were late on were nitrates and arsenic. I reviewed the listed data on SDWIS and sent info to him regarding testing. ACTION NEEDED: VOC, SJOC, arsenic and Lead & Copper are all overdue. Enclosed is sampling schedule. IOC due 2010, Jim to contact me for further info.
