Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 6/16/08 Called system owner and explained that they had a positive coliform and 4 repeat samples are required. He will contact person they contract with to take samples to get repeats done and fax in results. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit results of four repeat coliform samples. 7/30/08 4 repeat samples are noted on SDWIS with a sample date of June 18, 2008 All repeats are negative.
