Details: SUMMARY: Chlorine Residual alert DETAILS: I contacted Tom and verified that the system does not chlorinate and has not since they drilled a new well in 2000. I have contacted the state to get the treatment process removed. I have also completed the entry structure diagram form (see attached). ACTION NEEDED: none
