Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Routine coliform 1/7/09 positive. Spoke with lab 1/9 and they took 4 repeats Monday 1/12/09. Spoke with operator Dick Marr 1/13 and all 4 repeats absent. Discussed 5 temporary routines during February and reviewed quarterly sampling. Dick thinks there may have been a connection to some work done on the cooler. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in February and if all absent, go back to quarterly.
