| Details: | SUMMARY: positive coliform DETAILS: Bob reported that 2 of the 5 temporary routine samples taken in January was positive. They disinfected in December and now Bob is wondering if the storage tank may be the problem. It hasnt been cleaned or disinfected for 3 years. Bob also mentioned that the system recently had valves cleaned/repaired. Bob is going to take 4 more repeats. I asked him to focus on correcting whatever may be causing the contamination or consider providing chlorine for residual maintenance, with state plan review approval. Bob will also take 5 more temporary routines in February. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on resampling and intervention results. | ||
