Details:	SUMMARY: Reporting violation follow up DETAILS: Operator failed to report nitrates in 2008. They hold a food license so I called to remind the operator that this facility is in violation of food rules besides the drinking water rules. Even though it is a yearly requirement I asked him to test within the next couple of weeks for nitrates. ACTION NEEDED: Test and report nitrate levels.
