Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: May, 2008 violation for non reporting. History review indicates that more than six consecutive required coliform samples have been taken on time and all results were negative. ACTION NEEDED: I contacted Chuck Michael at the state to do a "Returned to Compliance" (RTC) based on more than six required monthly coliform samples taken.
