Details: SUMMARY: Violation for coliform and nitrate DETAILS: This system is no longer in existence to the best of my research. It was located in Brothers, Or and originally served 4 homes. Some of the homes have been removed and /or additional wells drilled and no longer is a public system per conversation with Steve Dalesky and ODOT employees. ACTION NEEDED: Should be deactivated as it no longer serves 4 or more homes.
