| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation for arsenic DETAILS: 4/21/08 Left message for Laurie Newton. 4/24/08 Called and discussed with Laurie. She said she would discuss missing report with operator and call back with the results. 9/23/08 - Called and discussed missing arsenic with Vice principal. She said she would pass the info on to the new operator. 10/2/08 Left message for new operator. 10/08 - New operator returned call and faxed VOC info. We discussed the missing arsenic and he promised to take it that month. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results if available. Sample every 3 years and turn in to the state on time to avoid SNC status. Sample and submit results as soon as possible if a sample was not taken during 2005-2007 | ||
