Details: SUMMARY: Delivered Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Met with building owner and he corrected our records and stated he and not Leather Storrs was the well operator. I explained the need for the ERP and coliform sampling plan. I also expressed the need for the system survey needing to be done soon. He was going to have his hydrologist look at the documents and arrange and appointment for survey ACTION NEEDED: Contact Mr. Cavanaugh for appointment
