Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Contact with one of the crew leaders. Tom said he remembered that sample was taken. Checking records and faxed copy of the first quarter results. ACTION NEEDED: Please log bacteriological sample for the facility. I asked Tom to make sure someone was reporting these samples to the state for credit.
