| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System did not submit a State 2 DBPR IDSE Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) to USEPA. The system had to submit one since it did not conduct any Stage 1 DBP monitoring as required. Wendy Marshall, USEPA was prepared to issue an Administrative Order against the system. I visited the system and reviewed the requirements of the Stage 2 DBPR and how it impacts them. I also obtained chlorine residuals and the water line distribution map in order to determine sampling sites. I prepared the SMP and submitted it to Wendy Marshall for review and comment. Based upon comments, I revised the plan to incorporate her comments. Wendy has approved the SMP and no Administrative Order was issued. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time | ||
