| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: The coliform result for January to March quarter was received by the state three days late, on April 13th. On April 14th I called Steve at Pyxis Lab in Redmond. He said that he mailed them on April 8th or 9th. He thought that post marked by the 10th was okay. I told him that they had to be received by the state by the 10th. He said that the bad weather this quarter delayed the sample run until late March and that he had trouble getting the very large report ready for mailing on time. He said that he felt that he had let down hi clients, and as a remedy he plans to go to electronic submission of all sample results from now on. ACTION NEEDED: The April - June quarterly sample was taken on 6/10/09 and reported on 6/15/09. Back into compliance. | ||
