Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: 3/31/09 Spoke to Ellen and she said that they have been taking samples regularly and assumed the lab was sending the results to the state. I told her that the lab does not always send the results to the state. She said she would send the missing samples ASAP. A letter was also sent summarizing our discussion and giving the state address and fax number. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure samples are being sent to the state.
