Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring DETAILS: Operator called to say that the system would be opening early this year. The system will be posted nonpotable until results of the special sampling is known. System is currently chlorinating the drinking water. ACTION NEEDED: Mark the sample as special or the computer will flag the sample since the operating year is from May 1 - September 5. Nitrates are due for 2008. They have been missed for the past few years.
