Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Called operator on June 16 to discuss positive repeats. All 4 repeats were either in distribution or post reservoir. Discussed need for raw sample. Abbas pump will chlorinate Wednesday June 24, flush and resample. Faxed Public Notice templates to Lewis for distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem and take verification samples. Distribute public notice and get copy to me. Take 5 temporary routines during July. Submit ERP
