Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform May 29, 2009 DETAILS: 6/5/09 Toyne called this office regarding his total coliform sample. 6/8/09 Called Toyne back to let him know to take 4 repeat coliform samples ASAP. If all the samples come back negative then he will need to take 5 samples the following month, July. I also scheduled a water system survey during the conversation. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to see results of repeat samples
